Case study of Water Operators’ Partnership (WOP) between Vitens-Evides International (Netherlands) and Water Supply and Sewerage Authority of Ulaanbaatar City (Mongolia) facilitated by Netherlands Ministry of Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Directorate‑General for International Cooperation (DGIS) to improve USUG’s operations and help it develop into an autonomous and financially sustainable water utility using Capacity building, exchange visits, help with master plans, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), wastewater management, water quality monitoring etc.
