Monitoring WOPs can be crucial and challenging at the same time. When partnering, water operators need to outline clear goals and objectives, define their performance and capacity development indicators, and establish clear communication and regular evaluation channels. This can often be difficult to do in a clear and participatory way.
To help the planning and monitoring process of WOPs, GWOPA has launched the Partnership Management Platform-PMP; an online, free, and tailored made tool that promotes accountability and participatory planning; facilitates communication, and enables knowledge sharing.
This session aims to share with WOP Platforms, Projects, and interested stakeholders the inspiration behind the PMP, as well as show the main features of the tool and what is to come!
