Enabling environment for female operators

The event will draw from practical experiences of water operators on how to create an enabling environment for women in the sector. Corporate and personal perspective will draw the practical baseline to investigate on how to attract and retain women to work in this male dominated sector. As the outcome of this meeting and based on the hands-on experience, a set of practice-oriented recommendations on enhancement of gender equity for the utility sector will be proposed in the interactive discussion.
