It introduces the concept of management of non-profit social enterprise with fair rates, and allows self-sustainability. This session will showcase a Best Practices Manual that covers 3 dimensions: Governance, Administration, and Operations, and features: Guides and Manual for Technical and Operational Management Organizational structure, rules and procedures Tariff calculation and application.
