Congress sessions will take stock of current water and sanitation operators’ issues, showcase good approaches, and offer recommendations for how operators can tackle challenges through peer-to-peer partnerships.
Each theme will be addressed through a combination of roundtables, dialogues, and sessions based on offer and demand received through the call.

A growing number of Water Operators’ Partnerships have the explicit aim of increasing access to services in underprivileged communities. In this session, low-income area coordinators from water utilities and representatives from NGOs will speak to their experience of reaching the most vulnerable. A particular point of discussion is if water operators’ partnerships have been able to provide services to the most vulnerable and what can be done to make them better suited to do so.
