Objectives
Initially it was done a fast diagnostic of the sanitation and WWTP system. In the diagnosis process it was observed several lacks in operation, laboratory annalisys, maintenance and safety matters. It was done a work plan to schedule the actions, which was aproved by the PDAM manager. Then, the program aproved was followed by both companies in order to check the developing of the action plan.
