Describe WOPs activities
Both TCC and MWSC participated in ADB’s Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking Workshop held in November 2007 in Mumbai, India. The representatives of both utilities had good rapport and working relationship during the workshop.
A team from MWSC and ADB carried out a diagnostic visit to TCC from 25 to 28 February 2008 to develop the twinning work plan. During the visit, ADB also conducted training on continuous improvement process and methods to get TCC started on their benchmarking commitment.
