Visit sites (EP channel CICES preventive dredging collector Hann Fann)
-Diagnosis Visit (April 27 to 03 mid-2014 Abidjan / RCI)
-Waste Water infrastructure visit and drainage district Abidjan
Visit the primary collector (EU and EP)
Visit pumping stations, discharge, grit removal, pre-treatment,
Visit projects (rehabilitation of W & WW network, corrective maintenance)

RESULTS

Describe the overall results
1) DISPOSER D’OUTILS DE PLANIFICATION DU SECTEUR
- Neuf (9) SDAD en cours de réalisation
- Contrat de programme triennal (2015-2017) en exécution

2) AMÉLIORER LES PORFORMANCES D’EXPLOITATION DU PATRIMOINE
- Instauration d’indicateurs de performance au Contrat d’affermage d’entretien des réseaux et ouvrages d’assainissement des eaux usées
- Contrats d’entretien pluri-annuel des ouvrages de drainage
- Sélection d’un opérateur de Centre d’appel pour la gestion des requêtes client

3) AMELIORER LA GESTION PATRIMONIALE
- Réalisation de l’inventaire du patrimoine d’assainissement (réseaux et stations)
- Mise en place d’un cadre de concertation des acteurs qui interviennent sur le périmètre affermé

4) MAITRISER LA GESTION DE L’ASSAINISSEMENT AUTONOME
- Instauration d’un agrément pour les opérateurs de vidange
- Réhabilitation et exploitation de 3 postes de dépotage des boues de vidange
- Lancement des travaux de construction de la station de traitement des boues de vidange de Korhogo
