The introduction of each new equipment, software, systems and procedures was always accompanied by training, either on-the-job, exposure visits or both
Describe the overall results
The impact of the VEI-USUG partnership on USUG is the enhanced capacity to improve its operational efficiency. USUG staffs have been provided with the tools to be more efficient and effective in terms of training to do their jobs well with the proper equipment, operating manuals, systems and procedures, incentives, and conducive working environment. This has also enhanced their ability to attract investments.
The enhanced capacity of staff will improve the chances of USUG to be able to implement projects well.
