Describe WOPs activities
Mentor-mentee site-visits following network research by the
mentor, for on-site identification of operational problems and
hands-on learning of operation practices. On-the-job training on
how to better regulate PRVs, Float-valves, pump automation.
Training for compliance to tech specifications on pipe installation
and meter installation. Training on simple operation changes that
quickly improve water quality.
