The 8th Meeting of GWOPA's International Steering Committee addressed past, present and future activities within the Alliance. 

GWOPA is leading a consultation to coordinate water sector stakeholders’ inputs on the evolving New Urban Agenda that will be finalized during the Habitat III Conference in October 2016.

The Mayor of Anta, along with a technical staff member and master´s student, visited the GWOPA secretariat to discuss potential WOP opportunities.

Celebrating the UN's 70th anniversary in Barcelona

The four UN organizations operating at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site in Barcelona (Spain) jointed the world-wide celebration of the UN's 70th Anniversary.

The WEDC International Conference is a comprehensive and interactive learning event, which provides continued professional development for water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector professionals. 

On August 23rd and 24th, 2015, over 40 participants from 14 countries gathered in Miami, Florida for a training workshop entitled: “Building a Climate-Resilient Water Sector in the Caribbean: Strategies for Water Utilities”.
