    The present report describes the WOP between the Office National de l’Électricité et de l’Eau Potable (ONEE, the national water, sanitation and electricity utility for Morocco) headquartered in Rabat, Morocco, and the Syndicat Interdépartemental pour l’Assainissement de l’Agglomération Parisienne (SIAAP, the sanitation utility of greater Paris), France. This ongoing partnership, which began in 2002, aims to strengthen the technical and organisational capacity of ONEE through training and exchange with SIAAP.

  • The Framework of Cooperation between BCASA (Barcelona) and WSSA (Bethlehem-Biet Jala-Biet Sahour, Palestine) was signed in 2015 during the 3rd Global WOPs Congress, and focuses on increasing service provision and efficiency for the mentee operator (WSSA). A number of topics were identified as areas to be addressed through the WOPs, including: Geographic Information Systems, sewer network management models, and electronic document management.

    The partnership between the Office Nationale de l'Eau Potable et de l'Électricité (ONEE), headquartered in Rabat, Morocco, and the Société Wallonne des Eaux (SWDE), located in Verviers, Belgium, aimed at strengthening technical and organizational capacity of ONEE through trainings and experience exchanges with SWDE. Officially, the partnership between ONEE and SWDE started in 2005 with the signature of a framework convention. This WOP with SWDE is primarily directed in strengthening the capacity of ONEE in its historical core business, namely drinking water activities. The inception of the partnership was triggered by the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC), who proposed to finance the partnership.

  • wop arabThe MoU for this WOP between the Water and Sewerage Auhthority (WSSA) of Palestine and the Office National de l'Electricité et de l'Eau Potable (ONEE) of Morocco has been signed in November 2013 with the main objective of carrying out a diagnosis of the water supply and water quality monitoring system as well as implementing the WSP in Bethlehem, Palestine.
